The linear feeders in the PARU Mini series are available in two sizes: PARU Mini XS and PARU Mini S. They round off the SLA portfolio in terms of size and are suitable for small feeding parts that require high-precision guidance at the transition to the separator or vibratory feeder (circular feeder). Thanks to the fixed screw connection to the base without rubber feet, interface problems are a thing of the past with PARU Mini. Like the linear feeders in the SLL series, PARU Mini XS and PARU Mini S are designed for standard feeding tracks ex works, but can be extensively customised with additional counter masses, modified leaf spring angles and leaf spring packs. This enables good conveying behaviour even with feeding tracks with particularly unusual centre of gravity positions. This wide operating window and the simulation options make PARU Mini particularly suitable for series applications. As with all RNA products, the PARU Mini focuses on digitalisation. The web-based simulation platform Digital Motion can be used to balance the user-designed feeding track and evaluate its running behaviour on PARU Mini. RNA simulation experts can also use Digital Feeder to evaulate the interface between the feeding track and separation, for example. PARU Mini is therefore also at the centre of RNA´s digital workflow in feeding technology, which enables significant efficiency benefits in the development and commissioning phase.
